The freight values are related to the dimensions, weight, location of the products chosen in the store. The calculation of freight is done automatically at the time of closing the purchase, however, with the possibility of simulating freight before closing the purchase. When adding your products to the basket, there is the option of "calculating shipping".
When choosing the shipping method for your order, check the values, so you can choose whether you want to receive your product cheaply or quickly. For residents of the city of SP, we offer delivery service by motoboy or collection at our studio.
We work with the CORREIOS shipping method and we provide deliveries via Sedex or Pac: PAC is the economic shipping method of the post office, with an average delivery time of 8 (eight) business days after posting. The service provides tracking code.
Sedex is the courier's fast delivery system. With it you receive your products within 4 (four) business days after posting. It also contains the tracking code. Additional Information.
For Amazonas, Bahia, Maranhão and Roraima, due to the postal service policy, deliveries may take up to 10 working days for delivery.
Regardless of the type of delivery chosen, orders are posted within two business days from confirmation of payment on the Site. After shipping, you will receive your tracking code via email.
Products are posted on business days, excluding holidays.
Always remember to place all orders in a single purchase, as we do not group orders. Each order placed has its shipping cost.
Contagie.me undertakes to post its products within 2 (two) business days, after your payment has been cleared through the website. Delivery times are provided by the post office, we are not responsible for delays in deliveries by the post office or third parties.
Make sure you have someone at the delivery address of the products, because after the second attempt by the Post Office, it is returned to us. The resending of products will be charged.
Sale products do not cover return costs. In case of regret in the purchase due to delays in the post office, the reversal will only be made when the product is returned and checked for integrity.
At the time of purchase, make sure that the address is correct, as in the case of errors or inconsistencies in the addresses, the products will also be returned to the store, and a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.
In both situations, the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded, as they were used for the first shipping attempt.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
- Notify our team through one of the service channels above and don't forget to inform your order number.
- The product must be sent back to us by the customer in its original, unused packaging, within a period of up to 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt. If there is any non-compliance with these conditions, it will not be possible to make a refund.
- The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer (except in cases of defective products) in which you must send us a photo of the state of your order when it arrived.
- The value of the goods will be fully reversed according to the payment method. If the customer prefers, we can send another product of the same value replacing the returned product. In this case, the cost of reshipment is also borne by the customer.
IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR DELIVERED OUT OF TIME

- The product must be sent back to us by the customer in its original, unused packaging, within a period of up to 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt. If there is any non-compliance with these conditions, it will not be possible to make a refund.
- All products returned due to defects will be subjected to analysis to verify the defect reported by the customer before accepting the exchange or return process. After the analysis, the customer will be informed by email about the refund or exchange of the product.
- If any of the above rules are not complied with, we reserve the right not to accept the customer's request. Whenever the defect reported by the customer is not confirmed, or if any of the above conditions have been breached, the products will be sent back to the customer.
- The deadline for carrying out the exchange will be informed when opening the request. The deadline may vary, according to the region and stock availability of the product to be exchanged, with a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the request. The exchange period is conditioned to the sending of the products by the customer.
AMOUNT REFUND:
The refund of the amount paid will be made according to the original payment method of the order, being:
• Credit card: reversal of the amount will be made through the financial intermediary used (Paypal or PagSeguro), with a period of between one and two invoices, depending on the expiration date of the card and the closing of the invoice by the Credit Card Administrator;
• Bank deposit: reimbursement in current account, within 7 (seven) working days from the return of the merchandise. The current/savings account for the return of the amount must be that of the purchaser of the order. Under no circumstances will we grant credit to third parties.
